Can you tell us a little bit about your business and why you decided to start your own business?
The
business started as a real estate and property management consultancy firm - in
2018. Over time, our services morphed into consulting for affordable housing, facilities
maintenance, and commercial and residential sales.
How has the pandemic affected your business this past year?
When the pandemic first hit, I believe almost all business were affected one way or the other due to the unknown. My business was no different. Everything came to a halt.
What are your plans for the business in the future? (Expansion, New Locations, Upgrade Equipment, etc..)
We are
in the process of developing a high-end manufactured home community which will
still be affordable- in the Central Texas area. The community will consist of
about a humored manufactured homes when built out. We are planning and in talks
with a wonderful restaurant called Majors in Liberty Hill, TX to expand into
more locations around the Central Texas area.
What do you enjoy most about being a business owner?
There
is so much gratification in helping clients find homes they can afford, and are
truly happy with. Also, I enjoy watching employees grow and thrive with the
company.
