Andrew Kim Co-Founded MAZO in 2021 and serves as Chief Operating Officer at MAZO Capital Solutions, where he oversees daily operations, strategic initiatives, and the execution of company-wide growth plans. He plays a central role in strengthening dealer and vendor partnerships while ensuring operational excellence across MAZO’s platform. Andrew holds a B.A. in Pre-Med/Psychology from Columbia University, where he also served as captain of the Columbia Men’s Golf Team.
Victoria Clifford is the Senior Vice President of Sales & Marketing Strategy at MAZO Capital Solutions, where she leads sales, marketing, and key partnership initiatives. She has played a pivotal role in expanding MAZO’s dealer and vendor network while shaping the company’s marketing vision to align with growth objectives. Victoria was recognized as one of Monitor’s NextGen Leaders in 2026 and Top Women in Equipment Finance in 2023 and remains actively involved in industry associations advancing collaboration and opportunities for women in the field. Victoria earned her B.A. from Tiffin University.
Connor Means is the Senior Vice President of Sales at MAZO Capital Solutions, responsible for business development and strategic partnerships. He brings leadership in building and developing sales teams while expanding market share through innovative strategies and industry relationships. Connor also contributes to the industry as a member of the National Equipment Finance Association (NEFA) Rising Professionals Committee. He is a Certified Lease & Finance Professional (CLFP). Connor is a University of Arizona graduate.
Scott Darchuk is the Senior Vice President of Operations at MAZO Capital Solutions, focusing on process improvement, operational efficiency, and enhancing the customer experience. He has experience across both sales and operations in the equipment finance industry, giving him a well-rounded perspective on organizational growth. Scott is a graduate of the University of Arizona.
Melissa Fisher is Chief Risk Officer at MAZO Capital Solutions, overseeing credit, syndication, funding, audit, compliance, and fraud prevention. She brings more than 30 years of experience in equipment finance, with prior executive roles at Taycor Financial, Strada Capital, and Balboa Capital. Melissa currently serves on the Board of Directors for the National Equipment Finance Association (NEFA) and is a Certified Lease & Finance Professional (CLFP). She holds a B.A. in Economics and Business from Westmont College.
